Navigating Your Home

Stay Accountable to Your Goals.

A Collaboration to Help You Achieve Peace, Joy and Happiness.

Navigating Your Home is a program designed to provide clients with a way to stay accountable to their goals. A Navigating Your Home Coach will collaborate with you and your therapist or counselor to create a plan to help you achieve peace, joy and happiness at home as well as in a therapy setting. This program is not individual therapy nor is it meant to replace individual therapy. Your Home Coach will schedule time to check in more than once a week on the goals you are working on with your individual therapist or counselor so you can learn to Navigate Your Home.

A Navigating Your Home Coach May be Right for You if You’d Like Assistance or Accountability with:

      • Parenting Skills
      • Substance Abuse
      • Organization
      • Eating Disorder
      • Relationships
