Emilys integrated therapeutic style emphasizes meeting the individual where they are at, is trauma informed and uses techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy.
Her previous experience includes working with individuals in both outpatient and inpatient facilities, for a variety of behavioral health needs.
Emily is LGBTQIA+ ally and welcomes individuals of any color, race, gender, sexuality, religion and background.
